  • We have been in business since 2001 and we have customers in every state of the union.
  • We have been doing business globally for quite some time, and we operate a Costco-like cash & carry showroom warehouse in Ridgewood, NY. 
  • We have about 4000 customers worldwide.

## General Ordering & Account Info

Q: Do you sell directly to individual consumers? +

Yes & No.

        • We are a dedicated wholesale distributor serving retail businesses, e-commerce storefronts, property managers, commercial buyers, and regional wholesalers/distributors across the USA.
        • Most of our customers are bulk buyers with order values of between $500 to $10,000.
        • They either come pick up their merchandise with their own vans or trucks, or we palletize and freight ship across the country for them.
        • However, we also operate our cash & carry showroom at 48-25 Metropolitan Avenue, Ridgewood, NY 11385. You can always stop by our showroom to pick out your merchandise!
Q: Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? +
  • Yes. All items are sold in wholesale case packs or master cases. For example, high-demand lines like our personal care items are strictly distributed in bulk groupings, such as 6-count cases.

## Shipping & Logistics

Q: Why does my order show $0.00 DUE NOW or FREE for shipping? +
Because we specialize in bulk pallet-level shipping from our Ridgewood warehouse, shipping costs cannot be automated. We provide a separate freight or UPS quote after your order is placed. You will not be charged until the final freight rate is approved.
Q: How are wholesale orders shipped? +
Depending on the size of your order, items are shipped via standard ground carriers or palletized via less-than-truckload (LTL) freight. We work with trusted freight networks to ensure dock-to-dock deliveries are handled efficiently.
Q: Do you offer fulfillment services or single-unit dropshipping? +
No, we do not dropship single units. We specialize in high-volume B2B logistics, handling pallet-level inventory configurations, master case weights, and bulk supply chain distribution.
Q: How long will it take for you to ship my order? +
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment.
Q: How can I determine the freight charges for my order? +
        • At the moment we can only provide you with a rough estimate based on recent freight rates from our zip-code 11385 to yours (see ##Freight & LTL Logistics Estimates section below). 
        • All orders are packaged into the fewest number of pallets and freight quotes are sourced from our trusted network of carriers and brokers that we have worked with for 20 years.
        • We do not collect bulk order payments on the web. We first send you an updated invoice with confirmed inventory quantities with our best prices and include an accurate shipping quote. We do not consider your order as binding until you approve the freight charges.
Q: Do you ship internationally? +
Yes.
Q: Do you make deliveries with your own trucks? +
Yes. Free delivery is available for all orders more than $1200 within the 5 boroughs of NYC, more than $2000 for Long Island, and more than $2500 for New Jersey.
Q: Do you offer local pickup in Ridgewood? +
Yes, we have a warehouse and showroom located at 48-25 Metropolitan Ave, Ridgewood, NY 11385. Please contact us to schedule a pickup time.

## Freight & LTL Logistics Estimates

Q: What are the estimated shipping costs for a standard pallet? +
While exact shipping rates depend on fuel surcharges, exact carrier availability, and specific destination infrastructure, the table below provides general budgetary estimates. All calculations are based on 1 standard pallet (48" x 40") weighing 1,000 lbs shipping dock-to-dock from our facility:

Q: Are there additional fees that could affect these estimated rates? +

Yes. The baseline ranges above assume a standard business-to-business (B2B) dock-to-dock delivery. Additional freight carrier fees (accessorial charges) will apply if your location requires extra handling:

        • Liftgate Service ($50 – $100): Required if your facility does not have a raised shipping dock or forklift to unload the truck.

        • Residential Delivery ($50 – $150): Applied if the carrier must navigate a residential zone or home-based business layout.

        • Limited Access ($50 – $125): Applied to high-security or complex locations such as construction sites, storage units, schools, or airports.

## Requesting A Guaranteed Freight Quote

Q: How do I get an exact shipping price for my order? +

Since freight market rates and fuel surcharges fluctuate daily, we provide guaranteed quotes at the time of order processing. To receive a firm quote, please follow these steps:

        1. Submit Your Order: Complete your checkout on our Shopify store.

        2. Select "$0.00 DUE NOW" under the "Payment" section at Checkout: This allows you to secure your inventory without paying an estimated shipping fee upfront (see #3):

        3. Receive Your Quote: Our logistics team will pull real-time rates from our carrier networks based on your specific pallet count and weight.

        4. Confirm & Pay: We will send an updated invoice or a payment link for the final shipping cost. Once paid, your order will be staged for pickup at our 11385 warehouse.

Q: Can I use my own freight carrier? +

Yes. If you have a preferred carrier or a corporate account, please select "Pickup" during checkout. We will provide you with the final pallet dimensions and weights so you can generate your own Bill of Lading (BOL).

## Products & Inventory

Q: Are the products you distribute authentic name brands? +

Absolutely. We source and distribute premium, high-volume personal care, laundry, and cleaning brands (including Dove, Axe, Colgate, Tide, and many more) directly through verified supply chains.

Q: Can I request specific product variants or packaging details? +

Yes. All available product variants, sizes, and specific master case counts are explicitly detailed on our product pages so you can plan your shelf space and logistics with exact precision.

## Damages & Returns

Q: What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged? +

You must fully inspect your delivery immediately. For freight shipments, any visible damage to pallets or master cases must be clearly noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. Please take clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged pallets or goods and contact our support team within 5 business days to process a claim.

Q: What is your return policy for wholesale orders? +

Because we operate on high-volume wholesale margins, all sales are generally final. In rare cases where a voluntary return is approved, items must be completely unopened in their original, pristine manufacturer master case packaging. Approved voluntary returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for all return freight costs.

## Payments & Accounts

Q: What payment methods do you accept for wholesale orders? +

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), shop Pay, and secure bank bank transfers (ACH/Wire).

Q: Do you charge sales tax on bulk orders? +

We do not charge sales tax on wholesale transactions, provided that you have a valid, unexpired resale certificate or tax exemption license on file with us before your order is processed.

## Tax Exemption & Business Registration

Q: How do I submit my tax exemption or resale certificate?+

During your account registration, or prior to placing your first order, please email a digital copy (PDF or high-resolution image) of your state’s Resale Certificate or Tax Exemption Permit to ritewayrp1@gmail.com.

Q: Can I place an order before submitting my tax documents? +

You may browse our catalog, but tax-exempt status cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been processed or shipped. To avoid paying sales tax on your inventory, please ensure your documentation is uploaded and verified by our team before finalizing your checkout.

Q: What happens if my business is located outside of New York? +

We ship nationwide. If your business is operating outside of New York, you must provide the relevant resale certificate or multi-state exemption form applicable to the state where your business is registered or where the freight is being delivered to maintain tax-exempt status.
